Metallic non-hydrofilic 0,014” wire for Chronic Occlusion Cases. It is the first choice of approach for already calcified and fibrotic lesions, possessing a stronger and more aggressive distal tip, specific for occlusions. This guidewire has a “tip wheigh” scale, where according to the complexity of the lesion and level of occlusion, the operator may choose to scale up from a 3g tip up to a 4.5g, 6g or 12g tip.
